Occurring each year during the second full week of February and second full week of March, respectively, these weeks celebrate and draw attention to the role of rehabilitation professionals in reducing the potentially devastating effects of heart and lung disease. AACVPR will promote these observances through eblasts, social media, and special product discounts, featuring member spotlights, innovative program highlights, and Affiliate‑driven grassroots engagement. As a sponsor, you will receive logo recognition on all promotional eblasts and dedicated webpages, visibility in all communications during both weeks, and at least one highlighted social media mention acknowledging its support.

During CR Week 2025, aacvpr.org received 21,000 pageviews from 7,000 unique users. During PR Week 2025, there were 13,000 pageviews from 4,000 unique users.

Host a 60-minute webinar for AACVPR members, or support an upcoming webinar developed by AACVPR KOLs. Sponsor-developed webinars will be promoted by AACVPR through two (2) promotional emails, one (1) LinkedIn post, and one (1) Facebook post to publicize your partnership. The sponsor is responsible for developing webinar content, hosting, and administering the presentation. Webinar must be contracted at least eight weeks prior to run date.

AACVPR offers industry partners the opportunity to present non-CE-eligible vendor symposia virtually, presenting a session to showcase your company and products. As the level of advanced clinical science technology increases each year, vendor symposia allow your company to showcase your thought leadership on any topic of choice. Your session will be included on the AACVPR website and Learning Center, as well as in email communications, to promote attendance.

Occurring annually during Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Weeks, respectively, these workshops are designed to enhance understanding of the coding process, foster connections with industry experts, and provide timely updates on Medicare payment changes. These sessions offer a valuable opportunity for participants to ask questions and stay informed in an ever-evolving reimbursement landscape. As a sponsor, you will receive logo recognition on all promotional eblasts and dedicated webpages, at least one highlighted social media mention acknowledging its support, and complimentary registration for a member of your team. Option to support the CR or PR workshop, or both.

Help amplify the voice of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation professionals on Capitol Hill. AACVPR’s Day on the Hill (DOTH) is a cornerstone of our advocacy efforts in Washington, DC, bringing members and key stakeholders together to meet directly with Congressional Members and their staff to advance policies that expand patient access and remove barriers to lifesaving and life-changing cardiopulmonary rehabilitation services. Your support will fund both the DOTH Briefing, as well as the Welcome Breakfast, where officially kicks off the day of Congressional meetings. During these sessions, participants receive policy updates, advocacy training, and hear directly from Congressional leaders about the importance of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and the role advocacy plays in shaping federal policy.

Bring together clinical leaders, program directors, and key decision-makers in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation by hosting a focus group on the topic of your choosing. This interactive session will provide a unique forum for candid discussion on the topic of your choosing, including technology adoption, workflow optimization, and evidence-based practices that shape the future of rehabilitation programs. AACVPR will assist with focus group logistics, including recruitment of participants and participant communications to your targeted group.
